Ellis Insurance Agency is a second-generation, family-owned independent insurance agency, operating for over 39 years. We are a one-stop-shop for all insurance needs, offering a broad range of coverage solutions to individuals and businesses of West Virginia.

Paige Ellis, who founded Ellis Insurance Agency in 1981, had grown the agency to what it is today, alongside his seasoned team of experts and daughter, Danielle, who is the current owner of the agency. His goal has always been to offer the people of West Virginia friendly, consistent, and easily accessible customer service that brings a smile; the foundation of how we continue to do business.

We continue to earn and honor the trust of our customers on a daily basis. It is our mission to provide a friendly and fun customer service experience and offer our policyholders competitive rates on products that will protect their financial security.

Continued growth.

While the agency was founded in 1981, Danielle Ellis, current owner, joined the agency in 2012 and recently took over the business. After joining, Danielle was able to contribute to the growth of the agency’s commercial insurance department, adding an abundance of coverages for businesses throughout West Virginia.

With these added insurance products, the agency experienced exponential growth. We built a new office building in 2013 and have continued to develop the agency with excellent customer service and technological advances, including access to our 24/7 client center. Improving our service provides a better experience for customers—which is our ultimate goal.
